This Legal Notice is provided in accordance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (“LSSI-CE”), and Article 13 of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It applies to the website published at the domain expoversal.com (the “Site”).

EXPOversal is an independent editorial platform covering universal expositions — their history, procurement, contracts, pavilion delivery, and diplomatic activity — across participating nations. Coverage extends to past, present and future world expositions, with particular attention to Expo 2030 Riyadh given its scale and international breadth.

The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by:

• The Bureau International des Expositions (BIE)
• Any exposition organising committee, host authority, or delivery company, including but not limited to the Expo 2030 Riyadh Company (ERC), the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), the Public Investment Fund (PIF) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and equivalent bodies of other past or future host nations
• Any national or sub-national government, ministry, agency, commission, or sovereign body
• Any commercial contractor, consultant, designer, supplier, exhibitor, sponsor, investor, or other company involved in the planning, delivery, promotion, or operation of any exposition named in our coverage

References to these entities, their officials, projects, and communications are made for news reporting, commentary and reference. EXPOversal relies on the exceptions for quotation and for reporting on current events in the Spanish Intellectual Property Law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, articles 32 and 33) and on the referential use of trade marks permitted by Article 14(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1001. EXPOversal publishes its own summaries and links to original sources; it does not republish third-party articles or reproduce third-party logos. All third-party trademarks, service marks, logos, and names remain the property of their respective owners and are used here solely for identification and editorial reference.

Editorial content published on the Site is produced by EXPOversal on the basis of publicly available information (official filings, press statements, procurement portals, verified press coverage). AI-assisted content. Signal summaries, country overviews and weekly roundups are drafted with the assistance of artificial-intelligence tools from publicly available sources and are published under EXPOversal’s editorial responsibility, in line with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act). Some items are published without individual review and may contain errors; each item links to its original source.

Personal data collected through the Site — including member registration, weekly roundup subscriptions and analytics — is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
